My 2 boys – 5 and 8 year olds, love the games. They might be a little complex at the beginning (because of the lengthy instructions and we had to keep referring to the rules, but once we got the hang of it, it’s really fun! In fact, I like that it’s not too straight forward and that there are many variances, so one will not get tired of playing the games.
I bought them after watching their cute trailer videos of potatoes on Youtube. Didn't expect much at first but was pleasantly surprised as it tickled my inner geek when playing them. Come on, how many games actually get you to build nested loops and launch botnets with POTATOES?! The coding card game is more family- & beginner-friendly whereas the cybersecurity game is more strategic. That's just a relative comparison but overall I think they are both easy to pick up and really fun.
